Kathy Stroker

Kathy Stroker is General Counsel at FHI360, a non-profit organization which develops sustainable solutions to international issues in a diverse array of practice areas. Between graduating from Yale as an undergraduate and from the University of Pennsylvania Carey law school, she joined the Peace Corps and traveled to Benin where she taught English to Beninese high school students. Kathy then spent a few years in the private sector before becoming Deputy Assistant General Counsel at USAID, and later the Deputy CEO of the Peace Corps. As General Counsel at FHI360, Kathy is responsible for overseeing all international and domestic legal operations.
